Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your Snatch Live account and associated personal data.

✕ What Will Be Deleted

  • Profile information and username
  • Authentication credentials and session tokens
  • Saved delivery addresses and contact details
  • Active Snatch Coins loyalty balance (forfeited)
  • Live stream watch history and chat preferences

ℹ What Must Be Retained

  • Completed order records & tax invoices (retained for 5 years as required by the South African Revenue Service / Tax Administration Act).
  • Payment processor transaction identifiers (maintained by Paystack under banking audit regulations).
  • Dispute records if an active escrow claim is open.
Include country code (e.g., +27 for South Africa, +234 for Nigeria, +254 for Kenya).

You can also delete your account directly inside the Snatch Live mobile app by navigating to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
